Janet’s training comes from
lots of hard work, library books and several courses in food
preparation. Janet catered the Louisiana Senator’s Mardi Gras Ball
in Washington D.C. in 1992, numerous wedding receptions with guest
list ranging from 50 to 700, and rehearsal dinner from 12 to 350
guests, just to touch on her experience. Janet’s has not only
catered in Central Louisiana, but has also catered functions in
Houston, TX, Dallas, TX, Shreveport, LA, and Baton Rouge, LA just to
